After that, find out the Files section, and then click on File Manager option.
So now go inside to the public_html, and then find the wp-config.php file.

So for fixing this error, You just need to enter the correct database username and password! Whatever is wrong, But if you don't know the exact database username and password, then you can simply go to the Databases section, and then click on MySQL databases option.
Here, just scroll down to the bottom, and you can see the current database username, and you can also change the password.
