2.1. Hosting Services: Get a refund for cPanel hosting, WordPress hosting, and reseller hosting if you cancel within 7 days of purchase.
2.2. VPS Services: Linux VPS and Windows VPS can be refunded if canceled within 2 days of the transaction date. Note: For VPS refunds requested within the allowable period, the cost for days used will not be deducted, but bandwidth usage will be charged on an hourly basis and deducted from the final refund amount.
Purchases made with cryptocurrencies, tokens, or digital assets are typically non-reversible, and their value can change rapidly. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds for such transactions. In certain situations, however, we might offer a credit to your YottaSrc account.
Refunds are not provided for cloud services. As the payment is hourly and pay-as-you-go, any credit added to the account for cloud services is non-refundable.
The 'transaction date' refers to the day you buy any of our products or services, including the days when renewals are processed under our terms. You can cancel a product any time, but refunds are subject to our timeframe policies. Note that some products may have unique refund conditions or may not be eligible for refunds.
Our refund policy is designed to give you confidence in our services. We monitor refund requests to prevent abuse, such as multiple refunds for the same service or bulk purchase cancellations. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear abusive.
During promotions, such as receiving a free domain with a long-term hosting plan, different conditions may apply. If a refund is issued in these cases, it may be adjusted for the value of the free domain or other promotional items.
7.1. Eligible for Refund: Hosting (select plans), VPS (Linux and Windows, as per the timelines).
7.2. Not Eligible: Domain Name Registration/Renewals, Domain Transfers, Dedicated Servers, SEO Toolkit, IP management (change IP invoices), Licenses.
7.3. To request a refund, please open a support ticket. Refunds are not processed for cancellations done directly from the dashboard.
Products or services terminated for abuse or violations of our Terms and Conditions are not eligible for refunds.
