Firstly, go to your cPanel account, and then login.
After that, find out the Databases section, and then click on PhpMyAdmin option.
So on this page, here is your databases on the left side.
Simply click on that database which you want to optimize and repair.
After that, click to check all the boxes in the table column, and then dropdown list, and finally select the optimize table option.
So now it will take some time, and then your optimization is executed successfully.
Now you can do the same steps for repairing your database, Simply click to check all the boxes in the table column, then dropdown list, then select repair table option.
