4. Abuse Handling

In DMCA-ignored locations, we generally ignore DMCA complaints. However, in rare cases, a report may be forwarded directly to the data center, which could require action. In such instances:

• We will notify the client and request the removal of the specific infringing URL.
• These situations are extremely uncommon and typically do not occur under normal circumstances.
• No suspension will be enforced for DMCA-related issues in DMCA-ignored locations as long as the client cooperates with our requests when required.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Compliance Check: It is your responsibility to ensure your hosted content complies with the laws applicable to your selected location.
• Contact Information: Provide valid contact details to ensure we can communicate with you regarding abuse notices or policy updates.
• Content Monitoring: Regularly monitor your hosted content to avoid unintentional copyright infringement or misuse.
