Yes, registering with YottaSrc Cloud does not require any form of identity verification or authentication. You only need an email address and to add €10 to your balance as a one-time action.

You cannot delete the project without removing the servers and resources inside it. Therefore, you have to remove the servers and resources to be able to delete the project.

The ability to remove primary IPs from servers depends on the provider. It varies based on whether the chosen provider allows this option.
Network

You can view the primary IPs assigned to your server in the Network management section of your cloud console.

Yes, the primary IP may be deleted or replaced, depending on the policies of cloud provider.

If you delete an IP within 7 days of its creation, you will be charged 25% of the monthly cost of the IP. This fee is to prevent the abuse of our resource allocation system.

IPv6 capability can be activated by clicking the "Enable IPv6" button in your server settings. If this button is not available, your current package does not support IPv6.

Please ensure that your server is powered off before you begin the process of creating, assigning, or unassigning IPs to ensure a smooth transition and to avoid any technical issues.

The ability to manually set IPs depends on the provider or data center. Since we aggregate services from multiple renowned data centers, the availability of this feature varies by provider.

For servers created using our standard images, the main IP address is automatically configured upon setup.

Yes, a server can have multiple IP addresses. You can view the limit and capabilities for each provider by checking the network section of the server's settings.
Billing

Our servers are billed on an hourly basis, which ensures that you only pay for what you use. Some providers only calculate the first month in hourly basis, and in the event of extending the server, you will have to pay monthly, but the charges will remain day by day. This means you will never pay more than the monthly price cap for each server. If a server is used for even a few minutes, we bill for the full hour due to the load it places on our system.

Yes, servers are billed whether they are on or off. We continue to allocate full resources to your servers regardless of their power state. To stop billing, you must delete your servers.

The higher cost of some servers is dependent on the provider and the data center you choose. We simply aggregate offerings from various renowned data centers and make them available to our cloud system as in one place with full control.

This charge is implemented to protect our resources from misuse, as some users may frequently delete and add servers, affecting stability and resource allocation.

If you use more traffic than your package includes, we charge for the extra usage per terabyte (TB). We always round up to the nearest full TB. For example, if your plan includes 30TB of traffic per month, and you use 30.8TB, you will be billed for one additional TB.

You will be billed for all Primary IPs that have completed the creation process, regardless of whether they are assigned to a cloud server. To avoid charges for any Primary IP, you must delete it from your account; as long as it exists, billing will continue.

You will receive an invoice daily, which details the consumption of your server for that specific day. You can check all the invoices in the billing tab.
Servers

Every server you create comes with a primary IP assigned automatically.

Yes, you can upgrade the resources of your server through your Cloud Console at any time after its initial setup.

To reset your server and delete all data, check if the selected have this feature, which is related if the provider/datacenter offers a rebuild option. If available, go to the "Reinstall" tab within your server's settings, select the desired OS, and click "Reinstall now"

To reset your root password, select your project and then your server. In the sidebar, click on "Actions," then "Change Password," and follow the instructions.

The console available through the Cloud Console is a VNC console, which lets you interact with your server as if you were using it directly with a keyboard and mouse.

A Cloud VPS, or Virtual Private Server, operates on a dedicated portion of physical server resources, which is managed through virtualization technology.
Projects

Each account has a default limit for the number of projects. However, this limit can be increased upon request. You can check limit section.

Yes, you can easily rename your projects at any time through your account dashboard.

Deleting a project can be done directly from your account dashboard. Keep in mind that this action is irreversible and will permanently remove all associated servers and data.

Each account has a predefined limit for the total number of projects that can be created. If you require additional projects, you can request that from the limit section in your dashboard.

Yes, there is a limit for servers across all projects within your account. However, this limit can be increased from the limit section in the dashboard.
Limits

Our Cloud services allow you to easily access additional servers and resources. To prevent abuse, there are limits on the number of resources that a single account can create. You can view these limits on the "Limits" tab of your overview page.

Yes, you can. If you need to increase the limits of the account, you can request an increase by using the "Limit Increase" button on the same tab. Please note that this option is available only after you have been a customer for at least one month and have paid your invoices on time, which all requests for limit increases are manually reviewed.

There is a default limit on the number of servers each customer can have. If you need more, you can request an increase through the 'Limits' tab in your Cloud Console by selecting 'Limit Increase'.

You are initially allowed to create up to 3 projects. If you need more, you can request an increase from the limit page.
Bandwidth

If you use more traffic than your package includes, we charge for the extra usage per terabyte (TB). We always round up to the nearest full TB. For example, if your plan includes 30TB of traffic per month, and you use 30.8TB, you will be billed for one additional TB.

Each server comes with a specific bandwidth limit. Some servers offer unlimited bandwidth, while others have caps depending on the provider or data center. Since we collaborate with multiple renowned data centers, bandwidth availability can vary. You will be able to see the bandwidth limits during the checkout process when selecting your server.

We continuously monitor your bandwidth usage and will notify you when you reach 75% and 100% of your allocated limit.

Whether you can add more bandwidth depends on the specific provider or data center. Some servers allow for additional bandwidth, billed per terabyte, if you exceed your limit. To enable or check this, go to the 'Bandwidth' tab on the server page and select "Enable Over Bandwidth."
Referrals

A referral program is a system designed to reward existing customers who recommend a company's services to new users. In the context of YottaSrc Cloud, this program offers incentives in the form of cloud credits to customers who help expand the company's user base through recommendations.

To participate in the YottaSrc Cloud Referral Program, you need to log into your Cloud Console account and click on the Referrals tab. Here, you will find your unique referral link, which you can use to invite others to join the platform.

When you invite someone to join YottaSrc Cloud using your referral link, and they sign up and spend over €100 EUR, you will earn €10 EUR in cloud credits. Additionally, if you spend at least €200 EUR on cloud servers, you will receive a one-time bonus of €15 EUR in cloud credits, further rewarding your engagement with their services.
API

Yes, you can access our service through an API. For detailed instructions and endpoint information, please refer to our API documentation available on our website.

Yes, each project has its own API, which operates independently of others.

To use our API, you need to create an API token. This token is a 64-byte string divided into two sections: the initial 32 bytes function as an identification prefix, akin to a username, and the remaining 32 bytes are confidential. For security, the complete token is shown only once at the time of creation.
